Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the service charge. 50% charge fee for no shows. Any services over $65 need to be secured with a credit card.


Candolyn's Gaurentee of Excellence

If for any reason you are unhappy with you haircut with finished style, we will redo it free within the first week. We guarantee all of you chemical services for the first two weeks, provided you use the recommnended products (20% of all products with chemical service in order to validate your service guarantee) on your hair during this period.
